Since coming out against the Speaker or voting for someone else is essentially flipping the bird to Boehner, those doing so are already on his “S-list” and have nothing to lose. But I suspect there are very few who are willing to put principle over the political expedient of not pissing in the Speaker’s cornflakes.
These folks are putting their committee positions on the line and deserve our support.
