They need to be handled like any other medical record and returned for proper confidential storage to the abortion provider. BUT NOT UNTIL ... Proper authority has held the abortion provider criminally responsible for how they were handled ... AND ... Until those involved are notified about the breech in confidentiality that took place because of the criminal behavior of those responsible for the records. The criminal fines and civil lawsuits should permanently put this miserable operation in bankruptcy if they still exist.
