Democrat war rooms put out hate - written by them - but attributed falsely to conservatives. They send ‘quotes’ of this stuff out to liberal groups who believe it’s how conservatives and Christians ‘feel’.

Years ago I spoke to one of the people who wrote the stuff... he said they were so thrilled with the internet because it helped them get the wording to sound ‘more real’...

Anti-Christian Rage-aholic preaching to the Anti-Choir. Who the heck reads Newsweek anymore? Some of these people aren’t worth dignifying with a response.

I was worried until I realized that almost no one reads Newsweek. It sold for $1 a few years ago.

"He insists that Newsweek's purpose is not to advance a certain theology but “to shine a light on a book that has been abused by people who claim to revere it but don't read it, in the process creating misery for others.”

Anyone other then me think “Quran/Islam” at this statement?

The author of the Newsweek piece has no words of admonishment for the Islamic Demons murdering and enslaving people right before our eyes.

No, the cowardly little twit rises up with self righteousness and indignation against his fellow American Christians. Because he can be confident that he will not be stabbed to death on his sidewalk or beheaded in front of his family.

There is nothing anyone associated with Newsweek magazine can say or write that will have even a miniscule effect on my beliefs regarding the Bible and Christianity.

The Newsweek author is a member of the immoral Left who hates Christians and hates their God because they "shine the light" (to use his words) on his sin and he can't deal with it.

It's the Bible that guides me on what is sinful and what is not, not the other way around. It teaches that man is utterly depraved and incapable of living without sin on their own and that we need the Grace of Jesus Christ to atone for our sinfulness that we might have salvation.

To be saved, one must first come to grips with their own sin problem before focusing on anyone else's.
