Judge Laura Johnson (left) released Devon Coley (right) without bail after he made death threats against the NYPD on Facebook.
A Brooklyn judge cut loose a gang member who had posted online threats to gun down cops in the hours after two NYPD officers were executed in their patrol car ignoring prosecutors pleas to keep him behind bars, The Post has learned.
Criminal Court Judge Laura Johnson let Devon Coley, 18, waltz free without bail despite the fact that he faces seven years behind bars on charges he made a terroristic threat complete with an image of a killer shooting cops in their car and is awaiting trial in two unrelated cases involving assault and gun possession.
Johnsons stunning no-bail decision came just two days after Saturdays broad-daylight slayings of Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu by a gunman bent on avenging the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown at the hands of police.
It also came after Mayor Bill de Blasios plea earlier Monday for New Yorkers to call 911 if they suspect someone is planning to attack the NYPD.
She should resign from the bench, said Dennis Quirk, head of the state court officers union. Shes not fit to be a judge.(continued)

I suspect she’s a lesbian......not that that’s a bad thing.
NO, LEFTISTS are suicidal, and we have to somehow survive their evil.
The only positive that could come from this story is if the guy she released winds up attacking her. It’s the only way she would understand the ramifications of what this action has wrought on everyone else.
These judges could be impeached if the legislatures had any b@lls. They don’t.
Say, is that the guy who played Bilbo Baggins?
Sounds like the idiot may be de Blasio’s sister. /s
Bad judge...bad thug....
I’m not fond of Liberals. Never have been since a youth. Yes I did know early on what Liberals were, and formulated an opinion they were, and are more dangerous to our society than anything else. All I have to do is think about why things are the way they are, and think back to the source of the reason things are messed up.
The answer is always liberals. One cannot swat enough of them to make a difference. One can only pray we get them out of our government, our educational system, and our legal system long enough to rejuvenate posterity for the survival of our nation as a Constitutional Republic.
If this guy shots someone she should be charged as an accessory.
Devon, he be hitt’n dat?
No, dems just think we are.
Everything is politics and everyone really needs step back and start questioning what the end game is that the democrats have in mind for this?
This is going to end very badly for democrats and their useful disposable minority they are playing with. I say disposable because what they have started and riled up in the black community is a pawn being sacrificed for their greater goal.
At some point the other communities will have enough and fight back in the same way. When you reach that end 13% of the population has what chance?
At this point in the game who would trust turning in guns and ammo to the government and not being able to protect yourself? What state would think nationalizing the police would be a good idea where only minority officers would be hired? Yep, thought so.(Maybe there is another possible end game dream dems are aiming for, I just can not figure out)
The only suicidal people I see right now are Democrats and the flunky lock-step black community that has not figured out they are a pawn or how much they have already lost in the last couple of months. I grew up with race-blind white community all around.....they no longer are....that is the tragedy of Obama and Holder and their race games.
I’d get banned if I said what I hope some of these thugs would do to this judge.
She’s hot for him.
There may be some of that. Yuck.
She better HOPE TO HELL that he doesn’t carry through on his threats...
Black privilege, don’t ya know.
Figures, appointed by Bloomberg
I wonder what the ruling would have been if the threats had included judges?
