VICTORY!!!!!!! The PEOPLE and THE PRESIDENT have spoken!!! SONY to release THE INTERVIEW in theaters
TOPICS: Culture/Society; News/Current Events
KEYWORDS: film; hollywoodreds; jamesfranco; northkorea; obamacult; obamunism; sony; theinterview; twitter
Wow. I really thought about supporting this flick....but giving Obama credit for the release? That is like crediting Bill Clinton for an increased fidelity in marriage vows. Or Madonna for greater artistry in music.

Sorry no link. Is on Franco’s Twitter feed.

It was a PR stunt for a mediocre movie.

If it was Hollywood suppressing a film about Obama (or Hillary) there would be no headlines.

Where is the pressure on Paramount to lift their ban on screening Team America (it was selected by some theaters as a replacement for The Interview until Paramount prohibited it).

You are right. But with an angry lunatic in the background, maybe letting Obama have the credit is not so bad — just in this case.

That’s what I was thinking yesterday. The media will give obama credit for this. I bet Jarrett strong armed Sony into showing the movie so the idiot-in-chief would get credit.

Thank goodness King Putt stepped in and saved the day. Didn’t even have to raise both hands. One was enough to calm the waters.

Passing this movie on to the public is like passing gas in public. This one I wouldn’t see if they paid ME.
