Election 2016: Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush embraces one-size-fits-all national education standards that would turn schools into re-education camps for the left. His decision could cause trouble with GOP primary voters.
As is the tradition these days, Jeb Bush, brother of one former president and son of another, has announced via social media that he is preparing to run for president, setting the stage for another Bush-Clinton contest in 2016 should former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton get the Democratic nomination.
To be the Republican nominee, Bush must run a gauntlet of primaries where he'll need to persuade Tea Party types and hard-core conservatives to get behind an "establishment" candidate who supports Common Care, a program that former Rep. Allen West has called "the ObamaCare of education."
Common Core is a set of education and learning standards that so far has produced bizarre lesson and learning plans. Some see it as a progressive dream of turning K-12 schools into leftist re-education camps much as many major universities and colleges already are.

.. act of love.
Lot’s of other reasons to avoid this guy.
I wouldn’t vote for Jeb Bush any more than I would vote for Clinton, Warren, M. Obama or any other Progressive. Why have two parties when they are both the same other than name?
No he doesn’t need to explain, this guy is never going to be president.
He also must renounce his support for Commie Core.
COMMON CORE PING
Not interested in his reasoning because I will NEVER ( that’s NEVER) will vote for another RINO.
Did that twice.
Resulted in Dorkmama twice.
He never did get "that English thing" down.
He doesn’t need to explain it. In fact he should loudly embrace it along with open borders. He also needs to get himself a good running mate like John McCain or Hillary and see how that all works out for him.
No, he just needs to shut up and go away.
We don’t want to see you or hear from you ever again, Jeb.
Honestly, the fact that he seems to think that he has a chance in hell proves that he is a moron and not up to the job.
“It’s for the chillrun”. End of explanation.
Please add me to your ping list. Thanks.
Common Core should be relabeled common corpse:
"I could add two and two if I wanted to...but it would take all day."
We are a democracy/democratic republic, not an aristocracy. For that reason alone, the Republicans must STOP rushing to members of famous families for candidates.
It is bad when Democrats do it, too, but revolutionaries tend to be closet aristocrats, so they’ll end up with nepotism to keep the flames of revolution alive by handing it to their biological and ideological heirs. This is why liberals empathize with Cuba’s Castro family and Chinese party members’ billionaire children as ideals to emulate.
When the guy’s wrong on at least two of the top 5 issues that concern the base, he’s toast.
Mitt Romney’s dad was governor of Michigan when I was a kid there. I knew nothing about him whatsoever.
America needs to grow up and look at the man not the stinking name.
Jeb bush is no candidate. 2016 will not be a repeat of 2012
He must also explain how he has in just 2 years and without any experience in business of any kind managed to raised $126 million and have it stashed in oversea accounts.
He'll explain by saying some cool deceptive words, talk in circles, shake some hands, pose while sitting in a beat up pickup and the short attention span crowd will swoon and try to convince all he's way much better evil....
The man is a complete moron and Democratic booty kisser for supporting it...but using “moron” and “Democratic” in the same sentence, does that seem to be a bit redundant???
:)
