Yep, the old fairy tale The Boy Who Cried Rhino.
To: DaveA37
Unless the rhinos have a plan in place to make MAJOR changes once they take control of both the house and the senate, I am EXTREMELY disappointed Remember when we all just knew that GW had a Super Genius, Super Secret plan that would fix our current gripe?
This is the plan, New World Order.

then that leaves only 21 non-RINOs. Then you have to subtract those that cast "show votes." Standard practice to let some off the hook after the final outcome is assured.

I sent my republican congress critter, Mike Rogers of Alabama a nice little rant last night. Don’t know if that will draw me yet another phone call from his admin assistant or not. I have sent him a few emails that resulted in the AA calling me to tell me Rogers’ side of the issue. I then charge into him with my rant. He is a decent enough Chap not to hang up. He listens and tries to appease me, but usually fails because I refuse to swallow the RINO party line. I still send them emails nearly every week. Don’t let the bums off the hook.

...Then you have to subtract those that cast "show votes."...Yup. I believe I saw that instead of 21 GOP votes, there were really only 18 votes, and 3 abstentions.

(Folks ask about my politics. I say: I dont belong to any organized political party. I'm a Republican)
To: CardCarryingMember.VastRightWC
like, say, vote for Mitch over Ted, plenty of my fellow Freepers will instantly throw them under the RINO bus. Nope, they will have thrown themselves under the bus and they belong there.

23 out of 45 republican senators voted their opinion that executive amnesty was consistent with the Constitution.

Has Obama officially signed the immigration executive order yet?
To: john mirse
I heard yesterday that he doesn’t even intend to use an executive order.
He’ll go once removed even from that.
He’s just going to wink at homeland security to stop deportations.
