"Jeb Bush looks like he's in.
That's the real import of a well-reported Politico article on Mitt Romney considering another presidential run in 2016. The case for Jeb goes something like this: The GOP needs a nominee that can unite the party's wings, and credibly run to the middle. He was a successful economic manager and cheerleader for Florida, as governor. And Jeb Bush has always been the most polished of the Bush clan: the most accomplished policy-thinker, and the best campaigner."

NO MORE BUSHES!!
They have done ENOUGH damage ALREADY!!!!!
Well if either Jeb wins or Hillary does..there still will be BUSH in the WH
I am losing my mind- I actually had a dream about a political cartoon about this.
In it Jeb keeps looking around saying “I am not sure, I might run” and a whole bunch of people in the next panel are holding up signs and screaming “NO!”...
And then he says “I’ll have to see what Ma thinks...” and the groups shouts “No” ...
Then His brother says “I think he would be a great President” and the groups shouts “No” ...
and then he says “You never know what the future may bring” and the crowd says “No”...
The he says “Ma says she never said she was against it” and the groups shouts “No” ...
and so on until the last panel he says “I heard the american people and I will run”
I wonder if Bush and the other host of RINOs hear the cries from conservatives begging them to NOT run. What do these RINOs think of conservatives like us?
um... ew
Wow I posted my response before I read yours. Eerie dream right there. I can’t make sense of how someone could hear people begging him not to run and still choose to do it anyways.
Jeb is the white Obama. BO heard us say NO obamacare and but HE heard us say we don’t want to be without insurance.
But Dems are never supposed to listen to conservatives. Republicans are supposed to BE conservatives, not only listen to them. Jeb is/does neither.
We need lil jebbie inthe primaries...slit the RINO vote with Paul, Christie, Romney, others.
He will run, I’m sure he thinks it is his destiny as son of a dynasty.
Cruz can effectively deal with all these wannabe’s but we need to get behind him now.
CRUZ 2016!
The more RINOs the better.
[Note to Conservatives - discipline yourselves. This will be the election of/for Conservatism, where the political pendulum swings back, and then some.]
While I agree with the headline, the article is shallow and formulaic.
TedCruz 2016...
The GOP needs a candidate that can unite America to vote against him?
If it isn’t Jeb it will be some other RINO. The bottom line is we either need a new party or we vote strictly independent because the Republican party does not exist any more. Any conservative that runs will be immediately trashed by the RINOs just like they did with Herman Cain and replaced with a leftist. I would like to see Scott Walker run.
If Jeb Bush runs, he will not only attract all of the Karl Rove/GOPe/Corporate-America money, he will also receive the Texas oil money, thereby denying it to Ted Cruz and Rick Perry, whose political careers have been based on receiving it.
However, the more Ted Cruz and Jeb Bush dominate the media, the better for Conservatives, because the only Conservative who can win the Republican nomination in 2016 and then the presidency — Ben Carson — will be able to continue his successful under-the-radar campaign of amassing Republican support. He’s already reportedly ahead in the Iowa caucuses, and has 9% support among all Republican voters, more than any other Conservative.
So get ready for the Ted and Jeb Show to be hitting the airwaves soon and continuing ad nauseam for the next two years. However, the more they beat up on each other and diminish each other’s reputation, the better it will be for Dr. Carson. Let the nonsense begin.
Carson/Huckabee 2016
weeaboo has a brother....
Sorry, but I want as many Moderates as can to run.
I want them to crowd in like the so-called conservatives did in 2012.
Then I want just one real conservative to run: Ted Cruz!
Kind of like what Mitt Romney did in 2012, just in reverse.
