But now that it's lapsed only POTUS can appoint one. And that's as likely as the DOJ prosecuting everyone involved.
I tend to think we should lay low on this...get it off the radar. That way Obama will be less inclined to pardon everyone on his way out the door.
A new GOP POTUS could then prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. There must be DOZENS who have committed very serious felonies here. Dozens.
