Many might say they prefer an honest adversary to a treacherous ally. Many House conservatives should be reevaluating their relationships after their own leadership betrayed them by covertly changing a bill designed to stop Obamas amnesty into a bill that now effectively legalizes it.
In an exclusive interview with Breitbart, Rep. Louis Gohmert revealed that Speaker John Boehner and his Establishment cronies secretly changed H.R. 5759 first put forward by Rep. Ted Yoho (R-FL) and kept their amended language quiet. He says most of the 216 Republicans who voted on the bill had no idea it had been dramatically altered by leadership officials in the Rules Committee process.
I was a cosponsor of the original Yoho bill. I thought it was a very decent bill, it was very shortit was only about a page and a halfand it basically said that anything the president did in violation of current law including what hes done with ordering work permits for people who are illegally here, its illegal, Gohmert said.
But the night before there was an amendment in the nature of a substitute to H.R. 5759what that means is that its a new bill. Its different but its going to substitute in its entirety the original bill. It had some of Yohos original language in it but they eliminated from the title the word amnesty and replaced it with executive overreach.
Gohmert also says they added a section of exceptions to the bill, which actually provide Obama legal cover for his illegal actions:

That snake should certainly be removed from his post in the next Congress. Benedict Arnold did not receive a promotion. This is simply shameful, because it means that the “moderates” are really backing Nancy Pelosi’s budget.
I was completely lit up over Obamacare, but this, this is...
In centuries past, this sort of behavior out of an elected official would’ve ended with a barrel of the finest tar from the local wharf and a large burlap sack full of feathers plucked from the local chicken coops.
Boehner needs to be run out of DC like the crybaby coward he is. This is truly unforgivable. This is Nixon-level stuff.
After this, any House Republican who supports Boner for Speaker should be recalled immediately by their constituents.
This should cause them a nightmare for reelection in 2016. Those who did it should be held accountable.
The GOP establishment is doing what their largest contributors demand. They are the same people who control the White House. Big surprise!
So, what are we to do about it? Crying about it won’t get patriots squat!
Time to water the tree of liberty. Lord knows, there have been enough qualified military officers released from service to field a truly effective revolution.
Disgusting.
I have already requested my change-of-party form from the Board of Elections.
Why do I keep thinking Boehner has/had a mistress somewhere and the DNC has the pics?...
Never forget that the GOPe want amnesty as badly as the Democrats. Now the GOP has Obama as a scapegoat for allowing at least 5 million to get amnesty. What more could they hope for. I am not surprised by this and look for the GOP to do nothing when they take the majority in January. Sad but true.
A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within.
An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly against the city. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely, his sly whispers rustling through all alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.
For the traitor appears no traitor; he speaks in the accents familiar to his victim, and he wears their face and their garments and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.
He rots the soul of a nation; he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city; he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.
A murderer is less to be feared. The traitor is the plague.
- Marcus Tullius Cicero, Roman Orator - 106-43 B.C.
Boehner has clearly, clearly lost his mind—but an insanity plea will not work with the true American people. Rallying cry: “BUTT OUT BOEHER!”
Big businesses spend millions on R&D party to get amnesty and they will.
For hacks it’s all about money and power.
Then it should be treated like a contract—void.
I’m not buying that they were tricked; no. I do want to a roll call.
Does anyone have the names of the 216 who voted for this?
We need to make sure that each one that voted for it has a TEA Party/Conservative challenger in 2016.

My Congressman is Martha Roby, (GOPe). She ran as a TEA candidate first in 2010. She stabbed us in the back. I will help whoever is her challenger in order to see her defeated.
Whatever it is, boner is willing to sellout his country to keep it a secret.
