The event was announced a few weeks back and reported by Politico:
Iowa Rep. Steve King, the GOP lawmaker well-known for his deeply conservative position on immigration, is hosting a January summit for possible 2016 hopefuls, according to a new report from the Des Moines Register.
The event, dubbed the Iowa Freedom Summit, is slated for Jan. 24 in Des Moines, and three likely Republican presidential hopefuls Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee are confirmed as attending, the report said.

Former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin will take part in the Iowa Freedom Summit in Des Moines on Jan. 24.
The inaugural event is being held by Citizens United and Congressman Steve King. The summit will serve as a place to discuss conservative ideas, as people get ready for the upcoming Iowa Caucuses next year.

Thanks.”

Governor Palin was the sole reason that Senator McCain got anyone to go out to the polls to cast their vote in 2008.
He never could come to terms with the notion people were embracing her patriotic ideas and not his silly RINO ones.
When I wish to push a Liberal over the edge, I just casually insert, "Sarah Palin recently commented on..." and it makes them utterly crazed.
How a former VP candidate from six years ago makes them so unhinged, I have no idea. Love her for that, though!

I tell people I voted for Palin in 2008.
I didn’t even bother voting president in 2012. Left that blank. And rightly so.
If you’re a GOP-e idiot reading this, you can go to hell and burn. I don’t care to hear “lesser of two evils”, Romney already said he’d do exactly what Obama wants. So shut the F up.

Had a wonderful day with Sarah & Todd Palin at our home on SpiritWild Ranch in TX today. Great Americans, great people, great patriots & great warriors on the side of good in this vile culture war against the America haters & subfleebs on the mongrel left. I presented the good Governor Palin with a phenomenal custom blackpowder rifle created by our Spirit BloodBrothers the LaCasse family at the Gun Room in Portland OR (image courtesy Ted Nugent)
