On Nov. 4, Robreno issued a second management order, outlining how discovery would proceed. It was mostly technical-- how requests should appear on the page and the like-- and set some deadlines. The final line was not routine:

This long article, however, casts no dispersions on women having private relationships with a married man, which it should to be thorough.
Cosby certainly looks like he’s been adulterous based on what’s reported.
But I don’t post extensively usually on things like this because celebrity land is chock full of immorality, both with people willing to cross the lines of ethics and morality to gain the all-important mentoring/advice/etc., from “power” people as well as “power” people quite willing to make all sorts of “exchanges”.
That does not make any of this right, since rape is rape.
Just a word to the wise for those seeking “mentoring”, etc. - private relationships are not mentoring.
These women could have had their mentoring by stopping by Bill’s house and had nice dinners with him and his wife. That would have been more “convenient” for Bill. THAT would have gone a long way toward indicating that Bill was actually offering to let these people into his personal life in order to “help” them. No secrets from his wife, just helping other people.
If not, then Bill is not really offering “mentoring” or career help, or whatever; Bill is just trying to get some “alone time” with a naive woman.

Since as you write celebrity land is chock full of immorality, extramarital sex in celebrity land per se is not newsworthy nor remarkable, much less illegal. But what sexual relationships the women allege to have had with Cosby were not consensual, so whether or not Cosby was married or if they were aware that Cosby was married is not so relevant. If the guy is in a hotel room, yeah, maybe not ordinary but the guy did represent a possible career boost, so I do not consider it totally implausible that women met him in his hotel room or apartment for legit business purposes. Disclaimer: I am not a woman. Also, I think it is relevant to consider that this is not 1972, there was no Internet then, and Cosby was a legendary prime time TV star with an OK public reputation at the time.
The BBC covered up child abuse by many of their ‘stars’ and other employees with their biggest star Jimmy Saville who abused hundreds.

We see the networks cover up for politicians criminal acts. They keep employed people like David Letterman, Matt Laurer and many others who are known to cheat and abuse others.

Your statement is not exactly correct. Most of these women are claiming a boyfriend/girlfiend relationship of at least six months to multiple years in length.
Most of them continued their relationships with Cosby long after the alleged events that they are complaining about.
Most of these rendevous wrre not for ‘business’ puposes.
In general:
He sent Limo’s to pick them up. They watched him perform on stage. They willingly went back to his Hotel room. They willingly had drinks with him. They willingly had dinner with him. There was no ‘business’ purpose for the meeting. The meetings are best characterized as a ‘date’. Cosby was paying for their housing. cosby was paying for their acting lessons.
Look at the advertisements of college women ‘sugar girls’ looking for ‘sugar daddies’ to best understand the claimed relationship.
When each individual claim is examined, the claims they are making are exceedingly weak.
I believe that in all cases, the statute of limitations has long since expired for both civil and criminal actions. Exired many times over.
It is ONLY in the media that this scam has any traction.

Basically the photos she claims she took riqht before the rape are of a younqer Cosby wearinq different qlasses than Cosby wore in 1982. The bottle of booze showinq in one of those 2 photos is not red wine, which she said he qave her the pill with. And Cosby had no show runninq in 1982, to try to “qet her to come on” as she claimed was the reason for him to fly her to Lake Tahoe.
The photo must have been qiven to her by somebody else - somebody who was with him when he was in a robe some years before 1982.
IOW, it IS a conspiracy. She first qot these photos from somebody else and then framed her story around that robe he was wearinq.
Do ya think CNN or any of the others will report that?
I would also love to hear Dickinson explain why she took her pajamas with her on her dinner date with Cosby, or where she hid that biq Polaroid camera while they were at dinner.
