The child's right. And this right is not something that can be abrogated at-will by the mother, which is why AI is wrong for everyone, even "straight" women.

It's unethical to subject babies to unnecessary risks w/o proportionate benefits (though I don't know how big this risk is, compared to the benefit of nursing).
