Quite the posthumous news release!
It still doesn’t mean he should have died.
It still doesnt mean he should have died.

Play stupid games. Win stupid prizes. Garner should have died. And he did.
Amen to that.
Yep he shouldn’t have resisted arrest and tried to play sidewalk Johnnie Cochran.
This is just character assassination, something the left is great at, and watching the fools here engage and bite on it disheartening.
There is no way you can justify this guys death, just like there is none you can for the 12 year old boy shot in cleveland.
The fact that some folks are going to knee jerk to defend every indefensible thing because the left tried to turn Furgeson into something it never was is disheartening.
Garner was absolutely NOT choked to death!
The whole incident is RIGHT THERE on video!
15 seconds! He was choked for 15 seconds!!!! He said I can’t breath the 1st time after 14 seconds! and was released from the choke hold ONE SECOND later!!!!
It’s obvious as hell to ANYONE who actually takes 1 minute out of their life to watch the video that he didn’t get choked to death The dude had a heart attack the second he was taken down due to his physical condition and the exertion of resisting arrest. You can actually see his outstretched arm spasming from the moment he hits the ground.
His problems breathing were a result of his heart attack.
ALL this is clearing shown on the video!!!
I agree that he should not have died in this incident.
But, this information does shed new light on things.
Michael Brown should not have died either. Trayvon should still be alive too.
But, all of these people unfortunately did things which triggered chains of events which resulted in their demise.
Surprised that Matt Drudge was not on this recent news report.
He shouldn’t have died. When he resisted, the police should have just let him go. /sarc
But don’t you get it Cletus
By FR logic.....criminals or those who don’t salute their JBT betters should die for it
Its a lot simpler that way
The revolution will be interesting
If he was part of an organized criminal organization, that would seem to make it more unlikely that he would resist arrest or a citation since his “bosses” would bail him out and defend him. He had been cited or arrested numerous times in the past, so it makes no sense that he would resist this time.
1. There are unconscionable taxes on tobacco products.
2. Garner was selling, unlawfully, cigarettes which weren't properly unconscionably taxed.
3. The police attempted to arrested him, and he resisted.
4. A choke hold was used which may or may not have contributed to his death.
5. He shouldn't have died. In that we agree. I think that the impetus was to arrest him because of taxes, and not because the businessmen complained about him. Personally, I also think that if he had not been involved in selling untaxed cigarettes, he would have been involved in some other illegal activity.
