Charles Krauthammer said Wednesday on "Special Report with Bret Baier" that a grand jury's decision not to indict a New York City police officer in the death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man who died in July after the officer placed him in a chokehold, is "totally incomprehensible."
"It looks like they at least might have indicted him on something like involuntary manslaughter at the very least," Krauthammer, a syndicated columnist and Fox News contributor, said. "The guy was unarmed, and the crime was petty as they come. He was selling loose cigarettes, which in and of itself is almost absurd that somebody has to die over that."

And the final actions that led to his death were blocked from the cam by the police. The ‘choke hold’ scenes are in the beginning when he was still standing, not when he was on the ground seemingly pleading for his life .
The thing that kills the NYC police is his repeated crying “I cannot breath. I cannot breath. I cannot breath”

Me too....in fact the more the Black Community, Media and this Administration keep running these shows the more I'm convinced this is all about giving the black community get out of jail free cards for their criminal behavior which is prevalent in their culture. At what point does the black community take responsibility for the behavior of their people and change their own mindset?????

I don’t really know why you are focusing in so much on what the cop was doing there, that’s not what killed him.
Keep telling yourself that, man, you are not convincing me. I saw what happened with my own eyes, they choked him, piled on top of him, compressed his chest, kneeled on his head, and he was dying in short order. That wasn’t a random coincidence. A lot of mistakes were made, and those mistakes directly caused his death.

When an officer tells me to do something, I do it.

Those facts indicate negligence or recklessness, which were a component to many of the charges, yes.

“Not able to breathe” should not even be an argument. If cops let people go because they can’t breathe, half of drug dealers would be claiming to be allergic to oxygen.
