This was a court’s fault, not the school’s, but still...
Oh, great. Now there’s a potential payday involved. We are about to discover that 43.7% of American students are transgendered, that most of them have been somehow disrespected, and that all of them have lawyers.
Will she/he/it take the $75K and spend it on psychiatric treatment for the obvious mental disorder?
So... shouldn't they refer to this person as "he" or maybe "it"?
Hasn't she it disowned "her"?

But let's analyze this ...
Suppose the school said nope ... ain't gonn'a pay ... THEN what ?
We're looking at a lot of time in the court system, but still ... nope ... ain't gonn'a pay
SWAT team comes and shuts the doors ?
The principal gets arrested ?
The school board gets arrested ?
If people would stick together "they" can't do shit except screw up your life for a while ... maybe even for the rest of it, but ... how much more screwed up is life when some faggoty punk gets away with 75K just for crying and peeing it's panties ?

So they are saying that Muslims schoolgirls will have to share a bathroom with non-Muslim men.
$75,000 for what? They provided it a bathroom.
If a teacher molests your child, you won’t be allowed to sue the school UNLESS your child wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom of their choice.
Will the school get sued now for not installing a urinal in the girls restroom especially for him? Or would that be discriminating against the XX users of the restroom because they don’t have the equipment to properly use it?
The rest of the students should also file a discrimination suit.

Schools are going to have to start including a line item in their budgets for “Queer, Freak, and Pervert court ordered settlements and other insanities”.
Why receive a financial reward? They didn’t keep her from going to the bathroom at all. Weird.
