Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson reported that his department was "pursuing" comments made by Michael Brown's stepfather and that "there's a lot of discussion" about charging the stepfather with inciting a riot for screaming "burn this b*tch down" after the grand jury's decision was announced on Monday's "Hannity" on the Fox News Channel.

Give Sean Hannity credit that he showed last night on his show the pictures of the faces of the violent looters as well the video of the step father.

Ok, but if you go to a new Grand Jury and present this...what group of idiots would want to stamp it as “proceed to court”? I wouldn’t want to be on any local Grand Jury in this region. It’s only a matter of time before DOJ starts to let names of jury members slip out and they get death threats. At that point....no one would be willing to serve, and the justice system in the state would be non-existent.

Give Sean Hannity credit for showing the pictures and the videos of the troublemakers, it not only will help to get them arrested, but to SHAME them as well.

Pretty clear case of incitement to riot from both step daddy and Louis Farrakahn and its not going to stop till its punished.

A clear message needs to be sent that encouraging riots is punishable - that walking out on a NFL Game and holding ones arms up to side with a thug has consequences - and the beating store owners to obtain free stuff and then use that same mentality to take on police could result in death...yes - “thuggary” is not acceptable in this society...that includes the integrity of the POTUS as well!

SOMEwhere along the line, SOMEone is gonn'a HAVE to respond to the attacks the enemy throws at us.

eric holder is pursuing with his own investigation, Darren Wilson and really wants to keep the race war going (such as it is .. existing only in the minds of he and the media)

So .. yeah, cool ... charge the dad with incitement to riot, and revoke his parole, and the mother for cruelty to children, and Brown's friend for lying to the grand jury and ...

Arrest them? Shame them? These people won’t be arrested. And, they know no shame. Best way to punish them would be to void their EBT cards and evict them from their HUD apartments. Work or starve policy would be a good thing for them.

Michael Brown’s dead body may very well be laid at the feet of his stepfather.

Based on his lunatic and incendiary behavior, he very well may have created the Frankenstein monster Michael Brown became.

Regardless of whether Officer Wilson could have or should have acted differently, Michael Brown went looking for trouble that day - and he found it.

And the animals who looted and sacked Ferguson weren’t justice seekers, they were and are criminals and should be treated as such. And so should the criminal in the White House and his racist sidekick Attorney General who have been stoking the fires here for political purposes.

Also, the governor would strike back at the town if local police charged one of his chosen symbols.

When I saw Sean Hannity interviewed the Lt. Gov., last night, I said to myself, he will be down the road the next governor of MO, he showed better leadership then the Gov. himself.

Maybe for them, but not their dear ones. No one wants to be associated with troublemakers, even family. That is a fact.

The Mother reportedly was involved in an altercation WRT the sale of tee shirts. Do the stepfather and mother have existing rap sheets?

Ferguson Police Chief reported that his department was "pursuing" action against Michael Brown's stepfather for "inciting a riot"---caught on tape screaming "burn this b*tch down" after the grand jury's decision....

Filing charges would be a good move---for these reasons:

<><> The parents are lying in wait to sue everything in sight---dreaming of getting millions( b/c the thug they raised was killed by a cop defending himself).

<><> The Police Dept---and/or individual citizens---then have several options:

(1) file complaints against the Browns' lawyer for disbarment w/ the Missouri Bar Association b/c as an officer of the court, the lawyer is breaching his legal duties.

NOTE the US justice system does not dispense justice to individuals who come to court w/ "unclean hands" (a legal term meaning those who have committed crimes).

(2) the insurance company of the lawyer handling the case can also be sued.

We have two systems of law, one for Blacks and one for Whites?

In Missouri it is a crime to incite riot. Ferguson police have no alternative but to charge Mr. Head, insurance companies are demanding it.

Missouri Law:

574.050 - Riot or assemble with 6+ persons and agreeing to perpetrate any Missouri or US crimes and while still assembled perpetrating those crimes -

Why the delay? The evidence was video taped. Mr. Head was caught red handed.

Commenting only on the headline:

Yeah, uh-huh. There’s been a ‘lot of discussion’ about holding Obama accountable for his serial abuses of power. There’s been a ‘lot of discussion’ about repealing Obamacare — “ripping it out by its roots”. There’s been a ‘lot of discussion’ about filing a lawsuit against Obama’s executive action to make millions of ILLEGAL ALIENS citizens.

Oh, I’m so excited! Finally, someone with spine is standing up for our country and our magnificent Constitution!

Add the mother who beat up and robbed the grandmother and the kid had no chance. These two so called parents are the reason to say no to any handouts. They are both physically capable of manual labor. Let them pick up garbage for the city or is that union and 30 an hour now.
