They occupy almost half of the prison space as well along with illegals who take up lots of jail space.
Well, I did say it attracts water. Is there any water around that outboard, or humidity in the air?
Now if that outboard were being run out in the Arizona desert...no problem.
Maybe while we are wholesale deporting the illegals, we could just "accidentally" deport most of our jailbird population along with them.
Then we'd have all that empty space available for temporary housing for "the homeless" and other drunks....like Otis on The Andy Griffith Show.
“Keystone oil is heavy crude.”
The Gulf Coast, Texas and Louisiana have namy DCU - Coke units. These refine the Heavy, high sulfur crudes. There were many Delayed Coke Units build on the Gulf coast in the 70’s and many more since then. The Canadian tar sands crude is something these units can refine and make lots of money doing so
LOL! You are on today!!
My guess is if prisoners had to work and work really hard there would be fewer of them. All of a sudden they would have a new respect for the law.Just a guess.
Wouldn’t everyone be better off if Gulf Coast refineries were refining only American crude especially as Baaken production increases and especially if we get keystone and not the crude oil of our worst enemies?
I’m not talking about where the oil goes. I know that’s a whole different ball game. But why refine crude of countries that have weapons pointed at you.?
In your mind’s eye, you could see that boat out there slogging through the desert. Now couldn’t you.
More interesting stuff from Friday night in Ferguson.Seems protestors are carrying commie literature and yelling pro-communist slogans. Our regime must be really proud.
Bakan crude is light....the ND Gobmint has a new regulation to decrease the volatiles so train transport is safer.
If the prisoners were forced to do all the "jobs Americans don't want to do"...the unskilled/illiterate job market would probably dry up for the IAs.
Now if we could just apply the same requirement to the "gimme girls"...maybe we'd have something.
Here is one we had earlier about how Tom Cotton Sen. elect, Arkansas just crucified F.Chuck. It's going great guns over at Breitbart.

t all Ferguson, Missouri all of the time. I’ve got some thoughts on where this is going. Apologies The Wise I Must Make to Rudy Giuliani.
Gotcha does that mean that trains are safer than the pipeline?
Hey women want equal opportunity they can do road work or help build a border fence right along side the guys.
LOL... I watched the last 30 minutes of that last night
5 minute grit’s
Yeah, he “gimme girls” they might even find the man of their dreams, and get married...and then move to Mexico.
Yes, the Bakken Crude is "light" so the trains have an easier time transporting it, and the brakes work better.
Larri, Larri?
Yew wanna git in own this?
Oh what the Hail
A Hunnert!
