Possible scandal at Ohio State University?
Football player sent text messages to mother about having trouble from CONCUSSIONS (plural!!!)
How could a prominent football program allow this?????

It might be unfair to raise a scandal issue hours before such an important game.
But a person's life is far more important than any sporting event...

Been praying for this young man and his family several times today. He was not a starter - actually a walkon who has played in 1 game and made 1 tackle his whole career so he has not played much. On the other hand, his concussion could have come during football practice. Although, he was a varsity wrestler, so it's possible he sustained his injury during that time. Regardless, I pray he's okay. Would love to see him during senior day during tomorrow's game!

Because he was a regular player, he may not have received the attention he needed.
Still, there are so many coaches (and trainers) at the college level, seems like they should have noticed something amiss...

His mother, Susan Karageorge, told police he has had several concussions and a few spells of being extremely confused, according to the report.
Gee Mom, maybe you should have shut down his football career. What were you thinking letting him still play - and not bringing this to the coach's / university's attention.

I hope he is okay and alive, however I am worried.
Also this seems to fit the pattern of the "Smiley Face" cases. A young, good athlete, male, Midwest disappears right before 3:00 AM, day before a holiday, Thanksgiving. There are connections to Native Americans with Thanksgiving and the city he disappears from Columbus, something also that appears in the smiley face cases. Also both his names start with K which is the 11th letter of the alphabet, and he disappears in November the 11th month of the year, there are number patterns like this in some of the Smiley Face cases. Also some of the Smiley Face cases were connected to sports bars. Some also had victim names that were the same as the names of prominent professional athletes.
Not saying that anything definitive here can be surmised. Just pointing out the pattern similarities that exist.

Update: he was found dead near the campus...
Self inflicted gunshot wound appears to be cause of death (ESPN).

ESPN is just now reporting he was found near the campus of a self inflicted gun shot wound.
There were some former NFL players that committed suicide as a result of head injuries...

It doesn’t seem likely to me that someone would commit suicide in a dumpster.

Sad, there must be an update, sounds like he passed away. God Bless.
He was only a walk-on this year and previously he wrestled for Ohio State is my understanding, so??
To: BeadCounter
Someone else posted he was on the wrestling team.
I believe the article said he was a walk on.
