There are connections to Native Americans with Thanksgiving and the city he disappears from Columbus, something also that appears in the smiley face cases. Also both his names start with K which is the 11th letter of the alphabet, and he disappears in November the 11th month of the year, there are number patterns like this in some of the Smiley Face cases. Also some of the Smiley Face cases were connected to sports bars. Some also had victim names that were the same as the names of prominent professional athletes.
