Two men affiliated with the New Black Panther Party allegedly planned to murder Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson and St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch and bomb the Gateway Arch.
In an undercover police sting, the two bought a pipe bomb, and intended to buy two more but couldn’t afford it until one man’s girlfriend’s Electronic Benefit Transfer card was refilled, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Ali Davis, who go by the names Brandon Muhammad and Ali, were indicted last week on weapons charges when Baldwin purchased two hi-point .45-caliber pistols intended for someone else....

A big time NBP member would have eight or ten girlfriends so he would never run short of bomb money.
It would seem that these two entry-level thugs had but one GF between the two of them.
We need to try to understand them better, obviously.
Maybe we could swap them for working illegals... but it would be a hard sell to get any country south of the border to take them, it would be easier to sell gay roosters.
What's amusing is that he would have gotten more for his money at Walmart, Kroger being one of the most expensive grocery chains (but also biggest, due to good customer service) around.

EBT Cards trade in the hood for about 50 cents on the dollar, just like the old food stamp did.
And EVERYONE knows the inner-city convenience store scam of “Buying” stuff on the EBT, then returning it for cash, minus a 10 or 20% “restocking” fee.
They aren’t buying $50 dollar racks of beef at Walmart to eat, but to sell.

The EBT card is not just Food Stamp. It is also cash assistance, or welfare payments. Those can be used to buy anything including cigarettes.

There was a guy trying to use his EBT card to get out of jail. Really. He used it for bail.
Also, they have done audits and have found EBT cards have been used in casinos and strip strip clubs, in Hawaii, Florida and LasVegas.
That is because stores and suppliers steal more cumulatively off these purchases than the individual thieves.
The scam must stop.
They should have called Eric Holder. He’d have fronted the money so “his people” wouldn’t have to wait for EBT cards.
