The witness, who lives in the predominantly black neighborhood where Brown was killed, also acknowledged that he changed his story to fit details of the autopsy that he had learned about on TV. "So it was after you learned that the things you said you saw couldn't have happened that way, then you changed your story about what you seen?" a prosecutor asserted.
"Yeah, to coincide with what really happened," the witness replied.
Sure. Why not simply tell The Truth?

The same “community” claimed a shooter was holding a sandwhich not a gun.

Thank you president obama for educating a new generation on what this nation faces.

The rioting and looting had nothing to do with the Grand Jury decision. It was simply a flash mob with and excuse.

FTA: “fueled by claims that the unarmed black 18-year-old was shot while surrendering to the white officer in the mostly African-American city.”
If a journalist had written the article instead of a propagandist:
Officer Wilson claimed he shot Brown in self defense. The physical evidence supports Officer Wilson’s account of events.

Yep, and most of those 'inconsistencies' were not supported by fact, and that's why the Grand Jury discounted them. The stories the media spread were emotional reactions to the shooting, and were not eyewitness accounts. Even the so-called 'eyewitness accounts' spread by the media were just second and third hand stories told by people upset that a white police officer had killed a black 'teenager' so that MUST be bad, right?
I'm glad the Grand Jury released its report so folks could see the facts. Some will never accept the facts, but many will see what is true behind the media firestorm.

This was the above-the-fold top headline for the local newspaper this morning, which I learned about because I saw it in the supermarket, buying an extra carton of milk—it would never have graced the driveway of our home.

So hard for the MSM to come to grips with the fact that all of the solid, incontrovertible evidence supported Wilson’s statements.

"Many witnesses to the shooting of Michael Brown made statements inconsistent with other statements they made and also conflicting with the physical evidence. Some were completely refuted by the physical evidence," McCulloch said. Any cop will tell you that generally the least reliable evidence in any investigation is eye witness testimony.
To: SkyPilot
The headshot went through the top of the head, through the face, exited the jaw, went past the clavicle, and stopped by the lung. If Wilson had ‘finished him off’ while Brown was laying on the ground, the officer would have to be in a prone position. That has never been stated by any witness. Witnesses lie, forensics doesn’t.

every witness is judged by degree of reliability - some witnesses are very reliable while others have no reliability. Each juror must make that determination.
If I have a history of lying and stealing then I have no reliability for telling the truth,

“Ferguson grand jury papers full of inconsistencies”
Nope. Grand jury “papers” weren’t full of inconsistencies: the GJ papers were perfectly consistent. However, there were obviously plenty of witnesses committing perjury. AP just couldn’t bring themselves to write an honest headline.
