An analyst says Darren Wilson used ‘reasonable fear’ legal loophole to get even with an African American teenager.
An American political commentator who is also a trained paralegal says white police officer Darren Wilson, who was not indicted for killing an African American teenager in Ferguson, had “issues with people of color”, but he hid them under the legal loophole of “reasonable fear”.
Speaking with Press TV in a phone interview on Tuesday, Susanne Posel, chief editor at OccupyCorporatism and the US Independent.com, said, “The legal definition of reasonable fear is what’s keeping us from indicting him.”
Posel’s comments come after St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch said that Darren Wilson would not be indicted and that he would not even face charges for killing the 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson on August 9.
“It’s obvious that Darren Wilson overreacted, and someone who is overreacting should not be in charge of a semi-automatic weapon where they can do harm to other people, even in an official capacity like a police officer,” Posel said.
But the unfortunate part about the grand jury’s decision is “the legal definition of reasonable fear and that is something that I don’t think, and I’m assuming this that most of the protesters understand,” she continued.
“It’s a legal loophole where police officers are given basically carte blanche if they say that they have a reasonable fear that their life is in danger, the grand jury has to prove that they were not in a reasonable fear that their life was in danger,” Posel noted.
She explained that giving police officers a green light to shoot at people whenever they “feel” their life is in danger is a legal loophole under which officers might even hide their own personal issues with citizens.
She said that it would be very difficult to disprove in a court of law what a cop says he has felt. “First of all you can’t prove a negative, and second of all you can’t disprove someone’s feelings since the law allows the police officers to use excessive or deadly force when they feel that their life is in danger.”
“This is a problem,” she added. “Police officers should not be given carte blanche to just shoot at people because they think they might be in danger.”
Posel also pointed out Darren Wilson’s reputation of a rookie cop, who was fired for targeting African Americans along with three other officers. She said it showed that “the mindset of Wilson might not be that he fears his life is in danger but that he has issues with people of color” and he is using fear to hide “under this clause”.
I stopped taking this seriously right there. Liberals projecting their fantasylands are really nothing more than humor.
I’m sure she’s had extensive interviews with Officer Wilson and made these determinations based on those findings...

They found a real fire cracker to use in the article. The woman is a truther who was aligned with people who used to be Alex Jones fans because of his belief in turtherism. But she joined up with other truthers who began to distance themselves from Alex Jones because of a disagreement over theories. One of them is Pete Santilli. Pete fired Susanne Posel off his staff and his shows after he left America Free Radio, which folded, to The Rense Network. He hired Susana Cole to replace her. I had no idea he was with Occupy. But that is how I know about her. From researching the truther movement and running into Pete. Posel has become a critic of Santilli. She went on Vinny Eastwood’s show to discuss her falling out with Pete once.
Beats me...
BTW, how does anybody other than Wilson “KNOW” he “had issues with people of color”?

So if she had a brother who was a cop in Wilson’s predicament.. She’d advise him to die . or at least seriously injured. Nice sister.
Is there any indication prior to this incident that he hated “people of color”. I guess it doesn’t matter, though. GZ mentored kids of “color” and he is somehow still “racist”.

The only race problem we have in America are the race baiters and hustlers stoking flames where they should no exist.
In Ferguson, a big, brutal, criminal thug robbed a store, then assaulted and officer who tried to question him, and that officer ultimately had to shoot the thug in defense of his own life.
That has nothing to do with race.

It never ceases to amaze me that within an hour of posting something I usually have the back story on the subject of a thread from a FReeper familiar with the story.
I was really surprised that Wilson, who had worked in this neighborhood for so long,
was able to restrain himself for so long from shooting every “person of color” that he encountered.
I would guess, because the case didn't have anything to do with cesspools.

If a white kid attempted to wrestle a gun away from a cop then attempt to tackle him ‘offensive lineman style’, we white folks would think ‘suicide by cop’!!!
