Where is the black leadership now that a grand jury has decided not to indict the police officer that killed Michael Brown?
Where is Al Sharpton? He advertises himself as a spokesman for the best interests of black America. But he is absent.
Where is Jesse Jackson, another popular media personality who says he speaks for black America? Hes missing in action, too.
It breaks my heart to see televised images of violence from Ferguson, Missouri juxtaposed next to President Obama, the first black president. The president represents black power beyond anyones imagination just a few years ago.

Unfortunately, you are stuck with someone who would rather spend his time on the golf course while calling it "leading from behind". Juan is still gulping down the Kool-Aid straight out of the jug.
Well let me be the first of many. Juan, shut the F up, you are an idiot!
A call to action. I agree.
It is about time the Black Urban Community look inward and start to fix the cultural issues that lead their youth to violence.
I believe Jesse is visiting his son in prison. I’m sure Al is stirring the pot from somewhere. As for Barry, I wish he would just shut his mouth and go away.
None of the three are true leaders. They are simply dividers, agitators and shakedown artists.
Oh Juan just loves to jump up at these moments and act relevant.
It will continue to happen because “black leaders” are only concerned with lining their pockets and expecting a different set of rules for blacks.
I realize Fox must keep him, but he is just so predictable. Why is it his kid, a young black male works for the GOP? The kid must get his brains from his mother.
He didn't even watch the D.A.'s new conference and his explanation of facts & fiction.
Someone told a funny last night, I’d credit if I could remember the screen name.
Next week, Barry, Jessie/Al and Juan go to the Ferguson Sears & Roebuck store to try and convince them to stay.
They are walking through the appliances section of the store. Kenmores everywhere. Sharpton says, “Hold everything! I think I see the problem. Most of these appliances are ... white!”
And the store manager says, “That’s true, but ...” and he lifts the lid on a washing machine, “As you can see, the agitators are all black.”
This could l have been avoided by Brown do what officer Wilson ordered without any fuss and say yes sir.
Some groups of people always get the message wrong.
Can someone, anyone explain to me how this was not justice? If this young man had been white and behaved like a heathen by attacking a police officer, he would have been shot dead by Officer Wilson. Race-baiting blacks want to be protected by the law but not prosecuted by the law. Conversely, these same race-baiters want all non-blacks prosecuted by the law but not afforded the protections of the law.
Sure it could have. Theft of cigars is not likely to have gone to trial. Probation, maybe. But Brown chose to get in a confrontation.
When you’re fired from PBS AND you’re black, that says a lot.
The biggest difference is that Raffi Williams is a communications director, while Juan Williams is black.
Amen.....
Brown’s death should be a lesson to thugs everywhere to not knock off a convenience store.
Action item to prevent future “Michael Browns”.
Women in the “African American” community -
1) Make sure the man you’re interested in is marriage material (job, education, upstanding citizen).
2) Make sure you’re married to the man before having sex with him.
3) Stay married.
Voila! Greatly reduced incidents of “Michael Browns”.
Good point!
The only explanation for it is that Juan and many more like him don’t really buy the crap they’re selling.
I am having a very hard time believing that so many people in ferguson really wanted to destroy their own city for some thug who anyone with a brain can see deserved what he got.
There is a lot of deception going on here and it’s propogandists like Juan Williams and obama who are responsible. Obama because he willed this to happen and Juan because he lets it go and piles on for a paycheck.
