If someone with a PACER account could get us the Petition, that would be appreciated.
Also let me just say, lots of twisted things go on in Nodaway, no one should live there
Thug sheriff needs to be looking for another job.
Their “crime” was refusing to allow a warrantless search of their house.
White bread?!!! Well, no wonder they were attacked!!!
I am sure Jesse and rev. Al are in route.
Thug sheriff needs to be in jail.
I'm glad the HSLDL is on this; sue their butts off, get them where it hurts.
I can't imagine the trauma this family experienced, especially the children.
I'm Pro-police, not jack-booted thugs.
Cops acting at the behest of the Teacher’s Union again.
And drinking directly out of the milk jug! Gadzooks.
Wonder bread, no less.
Don't forget the Wonder Balls and, so I hear, the mom also has a Wonder Bra!
I did that once and just before the milk reached my mouth, too late to stop, I noticed the milk was coming toward my mouth really slowwly. Oh that was the worst day!!!
Heh; first time I did it as a kid, it was too fast and my nose took the overflow. Now, I ‘pace’ myself with ‘measured’ glugs.
If everyone got tasered for messiness, I’d already be down
“Because of the warrantless search, the judge dismissed the case against the Hagans.”
At least the good judge had enough common and judicial sense to see the obvious. No need to call the Captain on this one.
Now the ball is in the Hagan’s court and I’m pretty sure this one will be a winner hands down. Let’s see how much this SNAFU is going to cost local taxpayers.
