On November 29, 1963, President Lyndon Johnson directed the Warren Commission to evaluate all the facts in the brutal November 22 murder of his predecessor, John F. Kennedy, on a downtown Dallas street in broad daylight. Reduced to its bare essentials, the investigation sought answers to three fundamental questions: Who, why and how?
Why was entirely contingent on who, and that depended on how. Thus, the linchpin of the Warren Reportand every subsequent investigationhas always been precisely how Kennedy was assassinated in Dealey Plaza. That is the finding from which all the important answers flow; mishandle that question and the credibility of the entire report is undermined. The Warren Commissions bungling of how is a primary reason why there have been so many residual doubts and conspiracy theories over the past 50 years.

I will say that I’ve heard my whole life what an impossible shot it was from the TBD.
I went there, finally, in 2011, and I have to say - I could have made the shot. It was a LOT closer than it’s made out to be.
At one point, there is a tree in the way.

He also talked about the tree. He said the first shot was when the presidential limo was to one side of the tree, it missed, and then Oswald had to wait until the limo got past the tree, to make the second and third shots.
It was the commies.

Answer this question and you will know who did it.
Who had the most to gain from JFK’s death?
I’ll take “Who was LBJ for 1,000” Alex.
Pres. Bush 41 former CIA...on camera when asked where he was on the day that JFK was killed....
said...
“I can’t remember”....
Phi Beta Kappa President, BA Economics Yale. ( ; )
Voted for him once for Pres. ... he said we don’t need any new gun laws...he then by executive order stopped shipments of Chinese ammo and guns.
My LW still blames me for Klintoon.
Perot was right.
It seems pretty clear (based on a cursory examination, which is all I can manage!) that she knew and was somehow connected to Oswald.
The question she didn't like on the radio was, do you have any love letters from him? The answer is no. Her explanation was reasonable (they were both married to other people at the time), so why get defensive and unsettled, as she did?
JFK , LBJ,,,
WHAT DIFFERENCE NOW DOES IT MAKE?
I don’t know.
Then Ruby...a nut case, decided to make things all good in his mind.
I remember after the Stockton, Calif. school yard shooting in January 1989, George H. Bush saying, “We’ve got to do something about those automated weapons.”
Automated? Sheesh.
Thank you.
While not 100% conclusive Howard Brennan was directly across the street from the book depository and witnessed the shooter shooting the third shot.

Speaking of Ruby, here is something that one of his dancers said, Gail Raven. But it’s not even her real name. I’m pro-lonegunman, she seems to say “Jack had bosses too” and that Jack’s story was “made up” (that he did it for Mrs. Kennedy and spared her a trial). So take it with a grain of salt. On the other hand, there have been cases of people exacting revenge just like J. Ruby did.

I have the same conclusion in this matter. I do respect anyone that states a cogent view as to the contrary. Although it might be somewhat debatable to use a fiction/fact novel as a pointer, I enjoyed this book.

What points to Oswald's guilt for me is merely his conduct just after the shooting. In come the police to the main floor of the repository. Oswald calmly draws a can of pop from a vending machine. Obviously this diverts attention, as his supervisor mentions that Oswald works here. Oswald does not utter a peep, no questioning as to "what in the heck is going on"
Oswald walks away without so much as asking whether he should. He walks and finally enters a a shoe store and is not really interested in purchasing. He glances out of the window at police cars zooming by. He does not say a word. Then there is the death of Officer Tippet, who killed him.?
Forgive the ramble but this stuff has been bottled up inside me for years. I remember that awful day.
The officer who was with Oswald when he got shot said this:
“I told him if anybody shot at him, I hope they were as good a shot as he is, meaning of course they’d hit him and not me,” Leavelle said.

Maybe Lee did not think anyone would take a shot at him then, hence, not being fearful of a Conspirator shooting him but that’s not a very strong case to make.
Irony of ironies. Had the RATS not stolen the 1960 election, both John and Robert might still be alive and kicking in their 90s.
Thanks for that post. That’s the way I see it, basically, Oswald’s makeup is what makes me think he did it. His behavior, what he had done, all of that.
