Former White House spokesman Jay Carney admitted on CNN that President Obama did indeed flip-flop on executive amnesty.
Host Anderson Cooper asked Carney for his opinion, after showing a series of clips of Obama denouncing executive amnesty, “So, I mean, other than his frustration, what has changed? I mean, he’s a constitution scholar. What has changed that allows him to do this?”
“I think if he could have those words back, especially the first clip where he specifically talked about suspending deportations,” Carney said, “that is literally what he is doing today.”
Carney went on saying, “In later instances including when I was there he would speak carefully about what he could not do as president. He can’t change the law. He can’t provide a path to citizenship.”
When do these EO’s, aka “the Pen” become (set) Precedence?
With property, if you knowingly allow someone to squat or use your land as a pathway (open and notorious usage), it is in a sense, precedence.
This Supreme Court and future Courts ruling on a Sep of Powers issue could/would argue that because the other powers did nothing to Stop/Sue the alleged “overreach”, the specific acts of the EO’s that would have been outside Barry’s authority, by inaction of the aggrieved parties, are now Law.

There are a couple “professor’s notes”. The summary Barry handed out to students discussing the exam he had given and the grading.
I read those trying to get an insight as to the “intellect” of “the One”.

.... Evidently Barack Hussein Obama's views have "Evolved" substantially since he was elected. This is a successful strategy often used by the Socialist/Democrats since the dawn of communism. Nope .... There is nothing to see here......
.... Oh .... and by the way .... if a Republican dares to ever use this same strategy .... they are tarred and feathered, hung by the gallows .... and then beheaded until they are dead. Then as an added precaution the body is cremated and the ashes are spread over the entire known universe.

IQ off the charts

I figure Obama’s IQ is 105-110. He has gotten a free ride his entire life.
His IQ is not that high. One-hundred at the most, probably upper nineties.
Without a screen to read from, he is about high school ability.
I don’t know that I would even go that far. I suggest you re-watch the video of Obama calculating the number of states. He says he’s visited 57, has one more to go, & two are off limits. Total: 60. How bright does a person have to be to know how many US states there are?
Then there’s the time he stated that HI is in Asia. While I don’t believe he was born in HI, he should, if his IQ is in the vicinity you cited, be able to place HI in the right region. Or put another way, how smart does a person have to be to know that none of the 50 US states are in Asia?
I don’t give him a pass for miscalculating his B-Day by ~10 days. Again, I don’t believe he was born on Aug. 4th. However, a liar of even average intelligence can keep simple facts straight, such as the month he was supposed to be born in. (His miscalculation put his B-Day in July.)
I used to think his mispronunciation of ‘corps-men’ was a slap at the Marines. Then I heard his pronunciation of OB/GYN (obee gynee) and realized he’s just not sharp enough to learn ‘hard’ words and abbreviations.
I guess you could give him a pass on being unable to spell ‘respect’ and ‘Syracuse’.
But even without further examples [of which there are many] there is ample evidence that his IQ is below average. I’ll cite just two articles:

Bottom line, he’s not very bright, & without constant cover-up by the media, the country would have known it 6 mos into his first term.
