Incoming Senate Budget Committee chairman Sen. Jeff Sessions says that President Barack Obamas executive amnesty is something that is endangering our entire constitutional order as a democratic Republic.
President Obamas executive amnesty violates the laws Congress has passed in order to create and implement laws Congress has refused to pass, Sessions said in a statement. The President is providing an estimated 5 million illegal immigrants with social security numbers, photo IDs, and work permitsallowing them to now take jobs directly from struggling Americans during a time of record immigration, low wages, and high joblessness.
Sessions noted that Obamas specific actions were each rejected by Congress, and as such acting without congressional approval puts the U.S. system of government in jeopardy. Even though Obama and the White House claim that Obamas actions are backed up by each previous president dating back to Dwight Eisenhower, the previous presidents immigration executive actionsat least the Republican oneswere done in conjunction with the will of congressional approval. Obamas does not have congressional approval.
This amnesty plan was rejected by the American peoples Congress, Sessions said. By refusing to carry out the laws of the United States in order to make his own, the President is endangering our entire Constitutional order.
Sessions also hammered the specific detail of Obamas plan that allows illegal aliens to get green cardsand a fast track to citizenship and taxpayer benefits.

FUBO!
GOP needs to do the same exact thing but with Federal taxes.
Congress will never overhaul the tax code.
The GOP must run promising amnesty for not paying Fed taxes.
Raise your hand if you believe the Republicans will do anything to stop Obama. I don’t see many hands up.
What he is doing is unConstitutional!
You can’t beat a cheater by using the rules.
He can be impeached, but he will not be removed. The votes aren’t there.
Yeah..but all I hear any more from the repubs is “blah blah blah”. If they’d had the spine to defy this devil years ago we wouldn’t be in this mess today. “Now is the time” went by a long time ago. Moral grandstanding is just that - bluster. Won’t accomplish a thing. I think they bluster in hopes for re-election. They have NO guts to seriously challenge Obola.
It is time to start impeachment proceedings!!
Obama should have been impeached over the IRS mess.
“...amnesty for not paying Fed taxes.”
That is a great idea
I am going to pray for this man and all the other representatives so that they have the strength they need while they face the devil.
I didn’t hear Obama say the illegals had to pay any back taxes, so tonight he created the precedent for amnesty for not paying Fed taxes. Tax cheats should now sue for equal protection under the law.
The most important thing the House GOP could think of after the election was passing a $119 million tax on duck hunters?
The articles of impeachment should begin whether they get a conviction or not. The constitution has to come first to be preserved before political parties.
He’s testing the waters. If no one actually stops him, there’s no limit to the “power” he will exert over the American people
Wake up, America!
FUBO!
How do you know? I’m tired of this defeatist attitude. Let them impeach, let them do it soon, then we’ll find out. Let them be seen standing with him. But for God’s sake, quit this mantra that it can never be done. That’s the same argument that has kept the illegal aliens here for decades, “There’s too many to deport it can never be done.”
“Obama should have been impeached over the IRS mess”
Yes. And the repub wimps didn’t have the stomach for it. Or for any other challenge. Every time Obola has defied our laws, our constitution, our history, our heritage, our allies, our American-ness - they have backed down and slinked away to save their precious royal arses.
