That would be Bob Scheiffer, of CBS Sunday Morning talking head fame.

Put Scheiffer up in front of Congress, swear him in and start asking him what exactly his role was in shutting Atkisson down and her eventual departure from CBS.

Crowd sourcing the DOJ Fast and Furious data dump - i love it.

It is a old time Clinton Administration lawyer trick to dump tens of thousands of documents at the last minute in a response to subpoena in order overwhelm and task saturate the legal review team of the opposing side.

That is all well and good for a law suit but Obamas lawyers have miscalculated on this one because the Court of Public Opinion is the court Obama needs to fear at this point.

Ten judicial watch legal investigators in their offices may be overwhelmed by 42000 documents but ten thousand or more highly educated and motivated duly deputized investigative members of the internet with time on their hands will make short work of this while allowing anyone to get a look at Eric Holders abuse of power and obstruction of justice at DOJ
