So according to this article, the bible says trees are nice. And people like a neighborhood with nice trees. Therefore, evolution is a crock. Oooookay.
You know, sometimes these ICR articles are entertaining or mildly informative. But this one is just silly.

I once read an article on woods, old growth forests and the S.A. jungles. All the oxygen they produce is a zero sum gain due to the fact that the amount of oxygen they produce is consumed by the decaying deadwood and plants on the forest and jungle floor..................
The excess oxygen needed for life on the plant comes mostly from the oceans, lakes and landscaped lawns and trees.

I like all trees..... I have a few fruit trees pumping o2 into the air to combat mythical global warming. They are sequestering CO2. The eco-nuts should be thanking me!
