Pelosis comment notwithstanding, few dispute that Gruber played a valued role for the White House and congressional Democrats as the Affordable Care Act was being crafted in 2009 and 2010. He was an economic adviser, helping to calculate how much potential components of the law could cost as policymakers weighed exactly how to construct it.
But while conservatives are all but labeling him the giver of Obamacare in their effort to wring political points out of his statements, Gruber wasnt the first to suggest such central components as the laws exchanges, mandates, insurance subsidies and Medicaid expansion.
And, the laws proponents point out, he was more of a scorekeeper than an actual creator of the law.

Gruber has been cited in no less than 134 Politico articles as an authority on ObamaCare. And starting with a Nov. 17, 2011 article, Politico identified Gruber as an "architect" of ObamaCare. See also Feb. 14, 2012, July 25, 2014, July 28, 2014 and Sept. 4, 2014 Politico articles, all identifying Gruber as ObamaCare's "architect." The Democrats at Politico (and the White House) obviously considered him an ObamaCare architect--until these videos surfaced. Now Politico (and the White House) pretends that they don't know who Gruber is.
Politico, on the cutting edge! /s

I'm with STUPID ==> <== I'm with STUPID
Isn’t it lovely?
Gruber is nothing more than a public whipping boy. South Dakota was passing legislation that assisted in Insurance exchange building clear back in 2007. At that time Senator Tommy Two Tongues Daschle had his fingerprints all over what was to become Obama Care, but was Hillary Care a few years prior. The Governor at the time, has now been elected Senator to replace the outgoing Democrat Tim Johnson.
The Governor in question Mike Rounds has talked the Conservative talk since being challenged in the Senate run by no less than four in the primary and another three in the General. No one with a brain believes the talk based on his two terms as Governor, but the truth has not yet made an appearance in DC as an elected Senator. He did get over fifty percent of the vote in the run for Senate.
Ted Cruz he isn’t, but that is just my opinion.

Why would MIT keep Gruber on staff any longer if this is proving to be toxic. MIT is supposedly the premiere educational facility in the USA. When I was in seminary RTS- Jackson, I had an Old Testament professor Rankin Duncan, whom graduated from MIT. i had classmates, whose children were going to MIT for Nuclear Engineering. What is going on with MIT to allow their professor to be in a scandal like this. MIT should separate itself from gruber

MIT and its MIT-Lincoln Labs is inextricably suckled to the government teat at about $2 Billion/year.
Its MIT-LL is what is called a federally funded research center (FFRC -sometimes FFRDC, D for development) where they get likely hundreds of millions per year (budgeted) to perform research tasks for the government - IOW they are captive contractors to the government. It’s one sweet deal.
Good catch!!
She’s one of Gruber’s ‘special’ voters.
In fact, everyone that voted for O’bastard in 2012 is part of Gruber’s ‘special’ army.
Drivebys are completely ignoring this damning video that catches fancynancy in another lie! LOL
Time for DeFund-amental Transformation in America!
Pelosi has gone from a leftist crank to an addled, old leftist crank.
