Take it right to the store manager. Do not send a letter. Do as much as you can to verify it. If the coffee was a store brand they will want to know about it. They have QC also.

Any idea how they normally handle these kinds of issues? I've read of people finding strange things in their packaged foods before, but I have no idea whether the stores simply replace the goods, or what.
