The line “send our country to war” is a straw man argument, because it asks the reader to assume that a U.S.-Tehran war is the only logical result of the lack of an agreement, when, point of fact, many options remain, across the globe, on the table.
The fact that the salesmen are already being lined up and given their marching orders is more evidence that the administration cares far less about the substance of any deal than merely having the supposed “diplomatic achievement” of making the deal.
No surprise there, with a POTUS that is all show and no substance.
