Alaska will begin counting nearly 50,000 absentee and questioned ballots on Tuesday in an effort to resolve the state's unsettled contests for the Senate and for governor.
Democratic Sen. Mark Begich trails Republican challenger Dan Sullivan by about 8,100 votes.
...
The Alaska governor's race is also too close to call. Independent candidate Bill Walker leads incumbent Republican Gov. Sean Parnell by about 3,000 votes.

Yes. And when the election is stolen, everyone on FR will huff and puff about it, but it won’t change the outcome.

50,000 ballots manufactured by the Democrats probably According to another article, a test count has indicated that the 50,000 uncounted ballots are likely to increase Sullivan's lead from 8,100 votes to 9,200 votes.
This race is probably won.

Do any absentee ballots get counted on election night in Alaska? I know in Texas, absentee ballots that have already arrived and early voting results are released at poll closing time on election day. In fact, the early voting results are tabulated the Sunday prior to election day and kept secret till they are released at 7pm Tuesday.

No. In 2010, Lisa Murkowski had a write-in candidacy after she lost the Republican primary to Joe Miller. She beat both the Republican candidate and the Democrat candidate as a write-in. If she had been running in Texas, she would not have been allowed to run as an independent on the ballot, or as a write-in candidate after losing a partisan primary election, because Texas has a “sore loser” law.

Because absentee ballots can arrive up to 1 week after the election.
But they have to be postmarked by election day, no later. Yes? This needs to be verifiable.

Same thing here in the McSally election. Barber and his Obola Marxists are doing everything possible to steal it.

Judges up here are all Repubs, life Members of the Good Ole Boy Network; they secured Lisa’s election from the Tea Party; don’t even think they will be so accepting of a Begich win, seriously.

We really need to reinstitute
ELECTION DAY in American, no matter how long it takes and how difficult it is.
If you can't make it to the polls on Election Day, you probably don't want to (the truly infirm excepted, of course.)
