This initiative was started by Holder and the administration.
Any white child in the system needs to have his or her parents get them out of that system now. They are targets. These people are looking for equality of outcomes. So they have to have equality in punishment by color. So all whites will be scrutinized for any infraction at all to get their numbers up with the black students.
These kids will be targeted and gunned by the racist school administration.
I hope the local churches will help move these kids to burbs and private/homeschool them.
If that is true, then it's discrimination, and clearly wrong.
The standards should be totally uniform and color blind, of course.
If, on the other hand, it's because black students are simply misbehaving more, then there's not problem.
Why do people always try to over-complicate things?
This is the same as the game about racial disparities in white black drug crime sentencing.
Where looked at in more detail it is found that
Blacks are often armed when arrested which increases sentencing
Blacks often fight back when arrested which increases sentencing
Blacks often have larger amounts of drugs on them which increases sentencing.
When these confounders are held even, sentencing is similar.
How does color make a difference. It is the action of the kid that makes the difference.
How many of these students are suspended for vulgar and loud disrespect to their teachers? What gets done in the classroom if they are not removed? NOTHING GETS DONE IN A CLASSROOM WHERE THAT KIND OF CRAP IS ALLOWED!!!!!
So now none of the kids will be getting an education. This must be the end result that they want.
The next question is what are they going to do with this end result that creates more uneducated unemployable leaches on society?
First they will say that they failed because of whites. Don’t worry about the logic they will come up with something. Then it will be they were failed because they are black, yep logic is still coming on that one too.
There is an inner city black culture that rejects education or any other blacks who try to gain that education.
This is the fault of black people, the protected species of people.
Screw that. Put up a school farm and if they don’t sit down and shut up and at least try to learn something make them work on the school farm. Do not reward them for bad behavior, put their butts to work, hard work.
In the end this will cause the level of the teaching and teachers to go way down and the kids will be raised ignorant and doomed to be poor.
If this is what they want, so be it but no more tax money. They have to split what is out there now so if there are more of them to split the money pie each will get less.
No rewards for bad things. Period.
I have a theory why blacks are soo much more likely to get suspected its called lack of father at home to teach discipline.
Irony indeed!
Here are the stats for 2913 for the Minneapolis schools.

That sounds racist to me.
I know of a school where any infraction by a white kid is immediately punished to the maximum allowed, but black kids physical assaults warrant no punishment.
Pure insanity. Why would people put up with this crap?
The kindergarten teachers are feeling unsafe and making it a union issue.
Little thugs can really hit you where it hurts!
Can I be the first to coin “Jim Bro Law”?
Melanin gets a pass in Øbamastan.
Separate but more equal.
A modest proposal: Increase the number of suspensions of students of non-color.
The school administration could lower the threshhold of infractions that warrant suspensions for students of non-color. For example, being tardy, misspellings, and incorrect answers on math tests could all be elevated to suspendable infractions for students of non-color.
That way, the schools could keep in place the traditional suspensions for violence and classroom disruption.
Is it because blacks are usually the troublemakers?
What a cesspool.
