Control.
It is all about ....
How about “No.” How about “FUBO”. Seriously. Just tell this f*******, NO.
Okay, so I can invest in Tax Free utility stocks?..................
Makes this statement while in China?
I guess the ticker symbol would be BHO ?
'Course not -- that's the job of the GOVERNMENT, isn't it, fellow 'losers'?
Did you see the outfit he was wearing in China, comrade?
The election is less than a week behind, and the dems have got to be on his case, whether he cares or not, which he doesn’t, other than narcissistically.
And this is what they come up with.
They’re going to get a lock on, what, young people?
They already are tuning in to the $20000,000,000.00 debt we’re putting on them.
The dems hope to fool them by getting rid of their news source?
Conservative pols are campaigning this way.
There is no Harry Ried nor John McCain campaign on social media.
This is going to fix that?
Hmmm Ok
If I want a natural gas line, one company probably provides the infrastructure, even if there are multiple vendors for service. Ditto electricity.
For Internet service, there is dial-up, DSL, cable, local wireless dish, satellite dish, cell-based. It is no longer a natural monopoly like a true utility is.
“...the same obligations...”
All together now:
- free for the po folk
- paid for by new taxes on everybody else
- lots more regulation
- crony capitalism for the biggest providers
- tougher for a small company to get a toehold
- affirmative action government contracts
Etc.
Obama KNOWS he is NOW toast.
And if we Truly had a Speaker of the House in Congress and a Senate Majority Leader that actually gave a Rats Ass about We The People, they would Announce this morning plans to immediately DE-FUND the FCC.
If he’s seriously going to try this, we need to melt phone lines. He will absolutely shut down the Internet if he can find a way.
Liberals fear real free speech almost as much as they fear the Second Amendment.
As a general rule, if Obama’s for it we should be against it.
With a small understanding of what’s being discussed here, I think it’s a pretty bad idea. Why shouldn’t Netflix or some other company be able to pay more for more bandwidth?
