Marco Rubio Considers POTUS Run as a Pro-Amnesty Adviser Leaves Office
Breitbart ^ | Tony Lee

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) says he will decide on a potential 2016 presidential run "in the coming weeks." He'll do so without the help of a pro-amnesty adviser and former chief of staff who has left his office.

"For me, the decision is made based on the following: I have my agenda that I have talked about for more than 4 years, and the decision that I have to make is where is the best place to advance this agenda—as a presidential candidate or continue at the majority in the Senate—that is a decision I will make in the coming weeks along with my family, because it requires a whole series of things," Rubio said Friday on a Colombian radio show, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

Not surprised to see you are from NC. We in Florida have had enough of Rubio’s lying. He was an amnesty lover from his days in the FL legislature. But he swore he would be against amnesty unlike Crist, and the democrat he ran against for senate.

He got into office and became one of the biggest lying turncoats in history. He let Zuckerberg pimp him out to every talk radio market possible telling everyone that real conservatives love amnesty. I had to stop listening to Rush Limbaugh because I found his overly frequent lying ads so repulsive. He used his credit as TEA party to get on conservative talk shows spewing his amnesty love. He let Schmucky Schumer use him to make TEA party conservatives look foolishly duped.

I may someday forgive him, but I will never forget what he did and that he should never be trusted on any subject again. Marco can be bought. His price is amnesty and the loss of US sovereignty is too steep a price for me. I guess we differ.

Sten...

Since the Constitution does NOT definitely define what constitutes a “natural born citizen” and this has been a subject of debate for a very long time, you may or may not be right depending on the winds of the country should SCOTUS get involved.

Both sides of the issue have valid concerns as what constitutes a “natural born citizen” but unless an admendment to the Constitution is made then when the winds change so will the definition of this clause to include or preclude the clause “where both parents are United States Citizens”. SCOTUS has mentioned this in previous rulings but has never taken direct issue as to this nature towards a candidate for President or Vice President.

Until then some will agree a natural born citizen must be a person born on USA soil to parents that are also Citizens of the USA. (Notice here the parents only have to be citizens of the US not natural born.) And then some will agree that a natural born citizen is a person born on US soil no matter who their parents are. The courts even ruled that a person who was born on US soil and their parents renounced their citizenship while the child was young could come back at the age of 21 and claim their US citizenship.

Black’s Law Dictionary (9th Edition) defines “Natural Born Citizen” as “A person born within the jurisdiction of a national government”.

Rubio is my Senator...

I like him, he is not perfect...

I don't think he is as pro amnesty as some posters think he is...

I think McCain and Schumer played on his ego and used him for a patsy on the gang of eight committee

He should have know better and THAT'S the reason he is not POTUS worthy..

Rubio is a one term wonder.
He won't be re-elected to office.
He has no chance of becoming the Republican nominee for POTUS in 2016.

I expect him to pull a “Crist” move, and first declare himself to be an Independent, next a full blown Democrat, while still in office.

About the best that can be claimed is that he was better than Crist and so got elected. Once.

Rubio does a lot of things right. However he’s shown himself to lack conviction and allowed himself to be played. He’d be better than williard and a heck of a lot better than bam bam.

There are much better choices. Cruz/Palin 2016

Limbaugh’s lips have been firmly glued to Rubio’s keister from Day 1.

I’ve taken a few months off from listening to Rush and find that I’m in a much better mood these days.

...

The GOPe wants Rubio to run in order to weaken Cruz, thus making it easier for Prince Jeb to be coronated.

Oh, I see. We should all take another look at him now that the bad old “pro-amnesty adviser is gone. I guess that bad guy made Marco act pro-illegal alien before, but now the real Marco can come out.

What?! He’s young, but he is not handsome. Like Romney, he has nice hair, though. Too bad that’s not the only resemblance to Romney.

And, my FRiend, we conservative women do not vote for a man based on good looks.
