#80 Gloria Gaynor: Never Can Say GoodbyeMichael Jackson had recorded this song only a few years earlier, but Disco was stirring, although it didnt quite have that name as of yet.
As one who could only dance the Uncoordinated Freestyle when thoroughly drunk, Disco was a disaster for me. Women were going to clubs, picking up men, taking them home, giving them the thrill of their lives, throwing them out on the street in the morning and I wasnt getting any of that! Infamy!

Disco was the bane of my existence during those years.
I was in a working blues band, and a lot of the clubs stopped booking bands and started hiring DJ’s.
But I fooled ‘em all.
Now i play blues every Sunday Morning.
In Church!

Yeppers, the va, dept of [IN]justice & batf, used the brady handgun control act of 1993 (the same one used to disarm the military bases) when I was rated 100% disabled & my wife had to become my fiduciary, due to a lot of closed head injuries & have a problem handling my/our monies. So now, I loose my 2nd Amnd., rights, none of my family, friends,or neighbors are allowed to have any powder burners & my home is subject to random health & comfort inspections from the va. They put my name into the ncic computer as so I can not even purchase a powder burner/s. Just like a felon....What a load of crap too!

Good evening, Army Bro! It was the first thought that came to mind after your post.
And I don't give a damn what anyone says - it was an Honorable Cause in which I am proud to have taken part - and we were kicking ass when I was medevacked out!
