Amen.

But with people like Priebus, Boehner and McConnell running the show, I expect to be disappointed.

I have no great shakes anything will change in Washington next year.

They are part of the problem not part of the solution.

The American people want to get Obama out of their lives.

Some people still don’t want to absorb last night’s message.

Conservatives deal in absolutes. That’s fine. Political reality requires some tempering of those, however, especially in temporal affairs where compromise is possible.

We should not compromise where innocent lives are ripped from mother’s wombs and men celebrate depositing their seed in one another’s anus. These things essentially define a large part of liberal DIM thought and practice. There is a gigantic coalition world wide that would relegate these freaks both by law and by force to the sidelines when it comes to the voting booth and general practice.

To be clear, I speak of those who promote and celebrate perversity. The American people as a whole are distant and ignorant of what voting does for them - they too, who are not educated in citizenship and such, should be prohibited from voting. Voting is by no means a universal right, but a privilege that, for the best result, must be constrained by qualifications.

We have allowed the devotees of studied falsehoods too much latitude as lawyers, doctors, and teachers. There are probably 1,000,000 people right now whose licensing and credentials ought to be summarily voided on account of their willful promotion of the very things that undermine civil society.

They only differ on how fast to get there.

And Freepers rebuked me for not voting. Now they know.

The RIGHT is giving the GOP/RNC a short window to get on board.

Business as usual would not be advisable.

If the American people liked Obama and his policies, the Democrats would still be running the Senate.

They’re not stupid but certain people in Washington treat them like children.

And as we see here, that’s a habit unfortunately that extends to our entire political class.

I’ve had enough of them.

Democrats aren’t in the “reach across the aisle” and “bipartisanship” business.

They implement their policies and if you don’t like it, tough luck.

Republicans seem to have a hard time understanding that the other side wants to transform the country. They’re not interested in preserving it.

Look at what has become of it.

There is no common ground between Liberty and Statism.

No, but there is between Marxists and RINOs.

What an idiot. Tone deaf. If these gop-e “types” don’t stop the criminality of these anti-law anti-freedom anti-American LIB asshats, they are coconspirators with them.

The GOPe has no intention of addressing the perversity you mention. In fact, many of them openly or clandestinely support it.

“It was evident in the near universal rejection of the Democrats.”

I wish we won in Hawaii. But taking IL and MD govs is pretty good!

‘Common ground’? I don’t like knowing that I’m breathing the same air as Democrats.

The corrupt media formerly known as mainstream cannot ignore the election results but they can do the next best thing and intentionally misstate the mandate. It is right out of their little red book of liberal progressive propaganda.

The people voted last night to restore law to our government.
The people voted to stop Obama from hurting America any further.
The people voted to have their voices heard.

We already have much of what we voted against:

The media telling Republicans how to legislate.
The media steering Republicans away from the people, away from conservatives.
The media with their veiled threats of what 2016 will bring if Republicans don’t get in line.

GOPe is indeed a problem but the media and Hollywood are the real puppet masters and we can’t vote them out of office.

That’s why I stayed away from yesterday’s circus show.

If you really want to know why, its the conservatism, stupid.

It wasn’t an ideological election.

Hey Reince, I have a solution. Pretend the Democrats are Tea Partiers. Now tear them apart limb by limb.

If only the GOP took the same approach towards the Democrats they take towards the Tea Party, sanity would be restored in this country.

We have a long way to go.

One time, just one time, I'd like to hear a republican mouth say "we are waiting for him to find common ground with us for a change."
