I thoroughly enjoyed Election Night 2014. It was the first time I have smiled, albeit wanly, in four long years.
I savored every second of it. Watching Nunn and Carter fall in my home state of Georgia, was particularly delightful. I had bad feelings about both those races. I followed the entire night as the ratio of Perdue to Nunn voters -- hovering around 55% to 43% -- refused to budge, no matter how liberal the county that released its results.
Then to watch the gratifying or surprising wins:
It was a remarkable and satisfying night. As one commentator put it, "It was as if a case of mass sanity broke out all over America."
So, we enjoy this win. We relish in this rare victory.
But please, dear friend, make no mistake: Evil things, this way come.
Barack Obama is very out of control after this election. He is seriously mentally ill with a severe Malignant Narcissist disorder, and these sort of people lash out with deadly force when they are cornered or denied their way.
The things we KNOW he intends are scary enough.
This is what we *know* of, at present. Any one of these would be horrific, but there are three malevolent responses on the horizon.
Obama hated America to begin with. Now he despises us and would like us to feel great pain. He is a malevolent and thoroughly evil man, and if his public face is as sinister as the three issues I brought up, imagine the things he plans that are below the horizon.
Yes, we won, and it was gratifying..... but we have very severe, very hard times ahead. Obama wants payback, and he will have it.
Sigh.
And we are on track for fiscal implosion with the federal debt. We hit the wall in 2015. Federal debt default is inevitable and the consequences are horrifying to contemplate.

Not only will he attempt to use the EPA to crush business, he will have the EPA issue even more Draconian regulations shutting down more electric power generators and halting fracking on private lands.

He thought that he would bulldoze his way into power and not expect any blowback? How stupid could he be?
Okay, so Obama has a phone and a pen. Big fricking deal.
His leadership. He cannot muster the hearts of the people cause we are not interested. He has burnt every bridge. He has squandered all of his political capital he received back in 2008.
This is the greatest country that has ever been and we have the very worst leader that there will ever be.
We have a duty to ourselves and to our posterity to resist this man to his face.
It’s a good point about Obama’s looming executive amnesty, but we should be clear that current immigration policy is already changing the demographics of the nation in the Democrats favor. We admit over a million legal immigrants per year, which is way too many, and most of them are natural Democrats.
So stopping the executive amnesty is a must for the GOP Congress, but if they then turn around and pass legislation that does the same thing, then the demographic probelm is the same. If they accept current mass legal immigration, then the problem is the same.
The new GOP Congress should embrace conservative comprehensive immigration reform and pass legislation to end mass immigration. They should pass serious enforcement measures and greatly reduce legal immigration. Make Obama it, and then run on it in 2016.
They won’t do this of course, as there are too many Lindsey Grahams in the party. But anything less is just whistling past the demographic graveyard.
There's been talk about Republicans passing amnesty, too.
We're not Democrat!w/o actually standing for anything.
Congress and Senate would do well to de-fund and subdue pernicious agencies like the EPA and three dozen others. Unleashed by the White House, they can run rampant.

In a way, I actually hope Obama DOES Executive-Order the amnesty.
That way, the history of this country will observe that it was THIS MAN who destroyed the United States of America.
There is little hope but to put off the fall until we are dead and buried; but perhaps history will show future nations how unwise it is to elect your sworn enemy as your President.
This is indeed a historical first.
And spreading Ebola around while Americans die will be just for his kicks and giggles.
