In the military, all advances eventually reach a “culminating point”. The advance runs out of energy. The secret is to plan and prepare so that the culminating point of the advance happens after the enemy is defeated.
It’s also easier to continue to defeat an enemy after you push him out of his fighting position and he’s backing up.
I don’t see the Democrat Party as being a worthy opponent that we meet in the ring under the Marquis of Queensbury Rules. I see them as desperate people who use politics to enrich themselves and those close to them. They are street fighters and they will pull a knife on you in a heartbeat. They were just pushed out of their fighting positions. They will desperately try to attack back. Now is the time for the Republican Party to put out the message of conservatism, and put it out loudly and often.
