Mia Love, bidding to become the first black Republican woman to win a congressional seat in 160 years of the Grand Old Party, was trailing Democrat Doug Owens in early unofficial returns Tuesday evening in Utah’s 4th District race.

Time to stick a fork in the Donkey candidate? I would like to believe it, but the damn government website keeps adding precincts. It now says that 525 of 525 precincts are reporting. Still, the vote numbers are now stable.
I think she won.
