• Vary your travel routes to and from work
• If You See Something, Say Something.
• Maintain situational awareness or avoid public venues where large gatherings of people congregate
• Educate your family members on basic security practices
• Be careful of information shared on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Lock down your social media and change your passwords regularly
• Do not post anything on social media that affiliates you with DoD/the military or law enforcement
• Do not post anything on social media opposing terrorist groups or organizations

The Pentagon is warning employees about being potential targets of quick-strike terror attacks -- to the extent of suggesting they change travel routes, remove identifiable logos and avoid large gatherings.

One would have thought they would have being doing this since 9/11. Maybe the Pentagon has fallen into complacency like the rest of the country.

Then they oughta take a look at the main gate I travel through...the SF's intentionally create bottlenecks by not opening all of the available checkpoint lanes during some of the peak hours...dozens, sometimes a hundred or more cars lined up like ducks in a shooting gallery.

Just this morning...3 available lanes, 3 guards and only one lane was open.
