From a private communication the following ‘recomendations’ are in the original document:
Recommended Individual Protective Measures:
DoD personnel are reminded to use OPSEC at work and at home
Secure DoD affiliated credentials (CAC/Building passes) when in public
Remove any DoD/military/law enforcement decals or identifiers from clothing and vehicles
Vary your travel routes to and from work
If You See Something, Say Something.
Maintain situational awareness or avoid public venues where large gatherings of people congregate
Educate your family members on basic security practices
Be careful of information shared on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Lock down your social media and change your passwords regularly
Do not post anything on social media that affiliates you with DoD/the military or law enforcement
Do not post anything on social media opposing terrorist groups or organizations
Do not post anything on social media opposing terrorist groups or organizations
BUT YOU CAN’T CARRY ON BASE OR EVEN KEEP IN CAR FOR TRAVEL TO AND FROM WORK. Can you keep in base housing? Frigging idiots
Those recommended protective measures are a call to run and hide.
Have we gone from the leader of the free world to a bunch of timid, hiding, fleeing cowards?
I see something and I’m going to say something: We have to fight these Islamic nuts. Here and now. Our brief period of cowardice and weakness has to come to an end!
Say something and get yourself ridiculed, lose that promotion or fired and nothing will ever be done to correct whatever it was you reported.

SQUIRREL!
If you have that list of 'practices' can you share it? Lots of us have families outside of the pentagon..
Remove any DoD/military/law enforcement decals or identifiers from clothing and vehicles
The above caught my eye.
What about the decals for the car windshield, that allows access onto a base, for business or for military spouses/widows to shop at the PX?
Did this memo go out to spouses/widows?
