They certainly weren’t sitting outside of her house in order to enforce some non-existent house arrest. Otherwise, they would have, y’know, done something when she left the house. They didn’t, because there was nothing they could legally do.

Any proof that's not what the agreement was, or do you simply think it's true because you say so? She has consistently maintained (since before even leaving NJ) that she was not agreeing to quarantine.

She's doing battles with the governors of New Jersey and Maine because she flew into New Jersey and her house is in Maine. How, exactly, do you expect her to battle some other governor?

You must have no idea how the legal system works. “House arrest” is not an equivalent of “being arrested.” People who are under house arrest are typically people who have been convicted of a crime and sentenced to house arrest.
Why the shock and surprise? Liberals have always been all about telling others what to do so long as they didnt have to do it themselves.
In order to be under “house arrest” one must first arrested, convicted and sentenced to house arrest.

Cops do not prevent crimes, they document illegal activity, then testify in court.
