Top Democratic strategists are blasting President Barack Obama for putting the Democratic Party in a precarious position heading into the midterm elections.
"It's puzzling--and to the Kay Hagans of the world, infuriating--the number of times President Obama has stepped in it, repeatedly reminding voters that a vote for Hagan is a vote for Obama's policies," Democratic strategist Christy Setzer told The Hill.
Another individual whom The Hill describes as a "top Democratic strategist" groused about Obama golfing this past weekend instead of helping Democrats.
"He and his team could have made it clear a long time ago that there's nothing more important than the Senate remaining in Democratic hands in 2014," said the Democratic strategist. The strategist said the Obama White House has "already set up their defense" and is "laying the predicate down for the blame to come. It's really obvious."
The internecine rancor within Democratic ranks has grown so intense that at least one Democratic candidate says his own party is torpedoing his candidacy.

Democrats are upset because Obama isn’t lying and hiding the truth from voters until they manage to get reelected.
Hope so. We have to find Pubbie *leaders* with the egads to do that, first.
The truly great thing about Obama “stepping in it”
is that it’s his OWN sh*t, he made it all by himself too.
That’s one of the biggest fears of the left - that people will start to understand what they stand for and what they intend to do.
This is why they’ve changed their names so many times since the 30’s, to remove the association of their label and their content.
It REALLY upsets them when one of their own gets so comfortable in his “bubble” that he spouts off some truth about their agenda that causes them to lose.
All the Rats have put themselves in a precarious position and 0bambam cares not but for himself. To H*** with them all.
Hey Dems:
0bama didn't step in IT, he is IT!
(TRANSLATION: lyin' kenyan, commie, POS!)
Um...if Hagan voted for 0bama's policies then a vote for him IS a vote for those policies. It's that gosh-darn representative government thing again. If we could just cut that out of the Constitution the ruling class could settle back and enjoy the fruits of their rightful position in life, and the rest of us could eat cake.
Shades of 2010...everyone was saying it was looking rosy for Romney....
I can think of a few . . . Ted Cruz, Trey Gowdy, Alan West, Herman Cain, Sarah Palin immediately come to mind among others.
What he’s setting up is justification to go it alone on amnesty (& who knows what else) because the Republican house & senate are ‘obstructing’ him. He might actually WANT the R’s to win, because for certain they’ll do nothing to stop him.
No matter what he does, the GOP-e leadership will never mention the ‘I’ word.
Obama is a narcissist who doesn’t give a crap about his party. He can’t stand the thought that he really is unpopular and is a liability to those candidates.
Just a fine, technical point, eyeamok, but I believe that Bill Clinton was the FIRST black president...
That's his ace up his sleeve. The problem is we don't know how many aces he has up there.
Who Me?
Wynton Hall uses a couple of big non-Southern words in this article, but I get the drift.
I wonder why this moaning and groaning is coming so late with just a week left until the G.E....
They are mad that the president is telling the truth? The truth that these Democrat candidates will support the Obama agenda and vote with him 98% of the time????
Whatever happened to truth in advertising???
And if Obamacare and the Obama agenda is so clearly superior to anything Republicans would do, why aren’t these Democrats shouting from the rooftops, how wonderful Obamacare is, and how we will achieve Nirvana if Obama can pass other liberal laws.
What’s so confusing, Democrats?
HE WANTS YOU TO LOSE.
Then, as the only remaining Dem controlled branch, he will be King.
And the proclamations shall flow forth.
