A man who said he was having trouble with his car convinced Kenneth Byrd, age 67, to open his door. His wife and 19 year old granddaughter were at home at the time.
That was all the opportunity the three man home invasion crew needed. The trio burst into the home, guns drawn and threatened the residents.
According to local media reports, what happened next was nothing short of terrifying:
The Byrds were pushed to the back of their home and instructed to open a safe.
When the men tried to rape the couple’s granddaughter, Byrd grabbed a gun and exchanged shots with the assailants, [Sheriff Kenneth Sealey] said.
The men fled in Byrd’s car.

From my reading the tear drop tattoos signify prison terms.
That's what the wearer would prefer one to think... as opposed to having to explain how Bubba and his Aryan Nation associates held him down and permanently marked his face signifying that the wearer has taken it up the dirtchute.

Tks, Amazing that area has same problems with police. Must now call twice for a response. This is not so much police fault( or sheriffs) as their budgets just can’t deal with the influx of crime. If in this area and the guys just robbed and raped I doubt they’d come out at all...very tragice.
