That's laughable. I can't imagine a judge accepting such a frivolous assertion.

Can Judicial Watch challenge executive privilege on any of these claims?

I don’t see the point of challenging what was most likely personal communication, but since some of the communication (with Congress, etc.) has already been made public, I think it’s worth pointing out to the judge that the Dept. of JustUs didn’t bother to do even a cursory review of the documents and just laid a blanket claim.

Since the justification wasn’t provided for some or all of the claims, I think JW should go back and demand it.

The First Lady of the Department of Justice. What position is that and when did the USA have yet another First Lady? There is a sense in DC that there are so many layers to peel through that truly the Obama Administration is rotten to the core.

The emails Judicial Watch describes as showing Holder being directly involved "in crafting talking points, the timing of public disclosures, and handling Congressional inquiries in the Fast and Furious matter" only further solidify his role in the cover-up of the operation.
