75 troy ounces is 6.25 troy pounds, try that using 16 and it still isn’t the 5.12 standard mentioned in the article.

There are 12 troy ounces per troy pound, (373.24 g) rather than the 16 ounces per pound (453.59 g) found in the more common avoirdupois system.

So it's 1.0971 regular ounces per troy ounce.
A troy pound is 373.24 grams, a pound is 453.59 grams.
