Darren Wilson's testimony runs contrary to most eye-witness accounts and significantly makes the claim that Brown, 18, charged him after the initial struggle and never raised his arms in surrender.
Wilson, 28, paints a picture of an officer in distress during the afternoon of August 8 as a belligerent Brown, who was 6-foot-4 and nearly 300lb, tried to steal his sidearm and turn the weapon against him.

The leaking is on purpose to soften the blow when the cop is NOT charged.

Fwiw, if the GJ was expected to indict, the prosecutor nor the defense would want these leaks. The source of the leaks can only be the prosecutor or the witness.
Will the grand jury verdict be released BEFORE the election?
They are leaking it now to stir up the protesters before the midterms. It is about pulling the race card to get blacks to the polls all over the country.

The Dems and Obungler want to sit on any Ebola coverage because it hurts them in the election and they want to inflame minorities by releasing this information before the election.
Yet there is practically nothing about the BLACK serial killers in Indiana and Virginia who are killing WHITE women.

Not so! Several witnesses have said this is what they also saw. More media manipulation of the event.
I would remind everyone that the MJ test is not conclusive that he was high at the time, just that he had used it in the last month or so. Great for finding users, not good for determining if he was high at the time.
Our NJ paper just had a story about the Indiana killer - mentioning that a victim was named Afrikka. The other two identified victims are also black.
The Virginia killer killed both black and white women.
If it weren’t for double standards, the MSM would have no standards at all.
Pretty much what a lot of us figured all along. What a shock.
Some of the witnesses didn’t see much of anything. They did weave an interesting tale of what could have been seen had they seen it though.
